- Review incoming mail and messages, draft responses when suitable, route items to the correct departments, and track them through to completion.
- Coordinate purchase orders and equipment or supply leases, working with vendors and internal teams on paperwork, office equipment, sundries, and delivery timing.
- Work closely with other departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Record meeting minutes and produce drafts or final versions of documents when needed.
- Answer calls, welcome visitors, relay messages, and direct enquiries to the right person or provide the appropriate information.
- Maintain filing and record-keeping systems by organizing, labeling, storing, and retrieving documents and other materials.
- Track documents, case files, and assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met and follow-up actions are completed.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and management to support effective coordination and communication.
- Monitor media coverage and update executive management with relevant information.
- Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.

- Comfort working independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A responsible, trustworthy, and discreet approach to sensitive or confidential information.
