Job description
Role Overview
Protiviti is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the InsightVerge leadership team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing travel and calendar schedules, utilizing AI tools to develop well-structured presentations and documents, and coordinating training activities with sales and faculty networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee travel arrangements and calendar management for InsightVerge leadership.
- Create structured PowerPoint presentations and documents using AI-enabled tools, based on inputs from the Managing Director.
- Monitor action items following team meetings, liaise for content follow-up, and conduct feedback surveys after training sessions while collaborating with client Learning & Development teams.
- Assist sales teams in scheduling training sessions according to faculty availability and maintain communication with network faculty as needed.

Compensation and Work Schedule
The annual salary ranges from INR 350,000 to INR 600,000. The workweek consists of five days.
