Overview
Join a dynamic investment firm located in London's West End as an Executive Assistant, offering comprehensive support to senior executives including a Founding Partner and a Partner. This role blends business and personal assistance within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, allowing you to become a trusted partner to top leadership while facilitating smooth team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum business and personal support to the Founding Partner.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Organize intricate domestic and international travel plans including detailed itineraries and logistical arrangements.
- Provide diary management, travel coordination, and daily organizational support to a Partner.
- Assist the investment team with ad hoc tasks such as travel bookings, meeting coordination, and various administrative duties.
- Process expense claims and maintain accurate and prompt administrative records.
- Serve as a primary liaison for internal staff and external contacts.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of developing rapport across all organizational levels.
- Emotional intelligence and mature judgment for confidential matters.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and anticipation of needs.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude willing to assist where required.
Employment Details
- Position based in the West End of London.
- Hybrid working arrangement: on-site Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays.
- Annual salary of £60,000.
