Role overview
IILM is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at its Lodhi Road location in Delhi. This role combines traditional executive support with the use of modern AI tools to improve productivity, research, analysis, and content preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to support productivity, research, analysis, and drafting work.
- Keep calendars organized and manage day-to-day correspondence.
- Create presentations, reports, and communications with the help of AI-enabled tools.
- Work closely with leadership teams across different campuses.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Plan, coordinate, and support meetings, including Board meetings.
- Monitor action items from meetings and strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-up.
Required qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering, and also have an MBA from a reputed institute. The role calls for 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in an Executive Assistant position. Candidates should be comfortable working with AI tools, stay updated on developments in artificial intelligence, and bring strong technical ability along with advanced MS Office proficiency. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential, as is the ability to juggle several priorities and deliver within deadlines.
