Executive Advisor to Chief Technology and Information Officer

Role overview

This position supports the Chief Technology and Information Officer in advancing RSSB’s digital transformation agenda. The role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution across Engineering, Product, Enterprise Solutions, and Infrastructure, helping ensure that priorities are delivered with measurable outcomes.

What the role focuses on

The Executive Advisor will coordinate cross-functional programs, strengthen delivery discipline, and help remove obstacles that slow progress. A key part of the job is turning strategic objectives into practical plans, tracking execution, and providing the CTIO with the information needed for timely executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CTIO in driving strategic execution across major technology functions.
• Translate high-level transformation goals into clear, measurable deliverables.
• Coordinate initiatives that span Engineering, Product, Enterprise Solutions, and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor progress, identify delivery risks, and help resolve operational blockers.
• Improve delivery performance by tightening coordination and follow-through across teams.
• Contribute to executive decision-making through structured analysis and status visibility.

Desired background

Strong experience in digital delivery, technology program management, Agile working environments, and stakeholder coordination is important for success in this role. Candidates who have led complex transformation efforts in fast-moving technology organizations, digital factories, or large-scale change programs will be especially well suited.
