Job description
Overview
Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University is hiring freelance invigilators for its exam center. The role is offered within the structural unit of the university administration and is based in Tbilisi.
Compensation
The payment is 38 GEL per day, with income tax and pension contributions already included in the amount.
Work Location and Schedule
The assignment takes place in Tbilisi, at the TSU Library building, University Street No. 11. Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00. During the examination period, Saturdays are also considered working days.
Responsibilities
The invigilator is expected to support the exam process in the assigned sector by distributing exam papers and tickets, informing students about their rights and responsibilities, monitoring the conduct of examinations, ensuring compliance with procedures, answering procedural and technical questions, collecting answer sheets, and handing completed exam materials to the exam center representative.

Applicants should be attentive and detail-oriented, able to act quickly, work independently on multiple tasks, communicate well and collaborate effectively in a team, remain effective in urgent or unexpected situations, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, be punctual, manage time efficiently, and adapt quickly to change and new processes.

Interested candidates must send their documents by email to examcenter@tsu.ge. The required documents are a copy of an identification document, a CV in Georgian, and a copy of a higher education diploma or a document confirming vocational education.
Additional Condition
If the interview is successful, the applicant must provide, within 7 calendar days, a certificate confirming that they have no conviction for crimes against sexual freedom and inviolability.
