Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is offered through a hiring partner acting on behalf of the employer, and that partner handles applications as well as the next steps in the process. The position is for a Growth & Markets Analyst in Canada, supporting a fast-growing SaaS portfolio at the crossroads of strategy, analytics, and product expansion.
The work is centered on turning complex, unclear business challenges into structured analysis that informs leadership choices. You will help shape decisions around pricing, packaging, and monetization, while also checking whether proposed initiatives can work operationally at scale. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that calls for sound judgment, strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to convert data into practical recommendations.
What you will do
- Convert broad, ambiguous business questions into well-defined analytical approaches and testable hypotheses.
- Manage end-to-end analysis, including data gathering, cleaning, interpretation, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Study customer, product, and revenue patterns to spot trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Drive pricing and packaging analysis to support monetization strategy for SaaS offerings.
- Review the operational impact of strategic choices together with cross-functional partners.
- Present findings in a clear, concise way that can be used by leadership for decision-making.
- Work with BI, finance, product, and analytics teams to align assumptions and confirm the accuracy of outputs.
What the employer is looking for
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, growth, product, finance, or revenue operations.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of key SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, expansion, and retention.
- Advanced Excel ability and confidence working with complex datasets.
- Experience with pricing, packaging, billing platforms, CRMs, or BI tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and ways of incorporating them into everyday analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to question assumptions and verify conclusions thoroughly.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset that goes beyond surface-level answers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify detailed analysis into actionable guidance.
- Comfort working through ambiguity while bringing structure and clarity to the work.
- A collaborative, resourceful approach suited to cross-functional environments.
Compensation and benefits
- Flexible work setup, with remote, hybrid, or in-office options depending on location.
- Competitive pay aligned with experience and market levels, with a typical CAD base range of $112,000 to $140,000.
- Employee Stock Purchase Program.
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with employer matching.
- Annual wellness stipend and broader wellness support.
- Three weeks of vacation, plus floating holidays and one paid volunteer day.
- Opportunity to join a global distributed SaaS business with strong growth exposure.
- Direct involvement in pricing, monetization, and other high-impact revenue projects.
Data and hiring process notes
The hiring partner uses an AI-assisted matching process to review applications against the role’s main requirements. Top-matching profiles are shortlisted and shared with the employer, while interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions are handled internally by the company.
By submitting an application, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed to evaluate candidacy and shared with the hiring employer. This processing is described as being based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Candidates may request access, correction, deletion, or objection regarding their data at any time.
The recruitment process may also use AI tools to support application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and consistency checks. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates seeking more information about data handling can contact the hiring team.
