About Kyra

Kyra is a comprehensive enterprise influencer marketing platform collaborating with prominent brands such as SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform, Kyra One, offers end-to-end solutions including creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-driven insights across channels like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

We operate from London with a hybrid setup requiring three days per week onsite at our Old Street office. This is a permanent role, although we’re open to contract terms initially for the right candidate.

Role Purpose

The role exists to professionally systematize event management, elevating our past informal successes into a strategic, scalable function. Events are central to our growth, facilitating strong relationships with key influencer decision-makers from global enterprise brands that drive partnerships and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage events end-to-end, including strategy development, calendar scheduling, budgeting, briefing, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee engagement during major industry occasions such as Cannes, deciding on meetings, hosted events, and sustained impact strategies.
  • Expand successful event formats like intimate dinners, scaling to new locations and innovating with formats such as breakfasts, live shows, product launches, and creator-led initiatives.
  • Create standardized event processes including briefs, invitations, guest management, event flow, and retrospectives to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective networking and relationship-building, tracking outcomes from events through to partnerships using tools like HubSpot.
  • Develop content from each event with a global outlook, collaborating with content leads to produce social media, video, testimonials, and reports that extend event reach worldwide.
  • Collaborate across departments including sales, partnerships, and executive leadership to align events with company goals and brand identity.
  • Coordinate event activities across global markets and time zones, including spontaneous arrangements in cities on short notice.

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in managing impactful B2B events with measurable success in attendee engagement and lead conversion.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills with senior business stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Well-versed in the creator economy, capable of balancing diverse attendee needs such as CMOs and creator representatives.
  • Resourceful and methodical, able to handle ad hoc events on limited budgets while standardizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Exceptional hosting abilities, attentive to atmosphere, logistics, and detail to create memorable event experiences.
  • Proficient or enthusiastic about integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude) in event planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience booking or producing creator or talent appearances at events.
  • Built event-to-revenue attribution systems using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Managed events across multiple international markets and time zones.
  • Co-hosted events with partner brands successfully balancing shared goals.
  • Capabilities in content creation such as shooting, editing, or designing event materials.
  • Developed events into content series, reports, or communities that continue engagement beyond the event night.

Success Metrics for First 3 Months

  • Deliver two full events, including a dinner series, with participants anticipating future gatherings.
  • Own and maintain a master event calendar with clear goals, ownership, budgets, and partnerships for six months ahead.
  • Document and implement a refined event management process covering all stages from kickoff to retrospective.
  • Plan and scope entry into the New York market with actionable strategies.
  • Ensure each event generates enduring content with widespread reach.
  • Utilize HubSpot to track event participations, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
  • Earn trust from sales, marketing, and executive teams as the key events lead.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Hybrid working environment with three days onsite at Old Street office.
  • Immediate ownership of event agendas, budgets, and results.
  • Close collaboration with founders and sales leaders.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team engaging with renowned global brands.
  • Opportunities for career growth and building an events team as the function expands.
