About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Events Coordinator to become a key member of our team at JEN by Shangri-La in Singapore. This role involves managing various administrative and operational tasks to support our department efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage both external and internal documentation related to events.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing inquiries and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems to ensure organized record-keeping.
  • Provide clerical assistance to senior management as required.
  • Assist with hotel inspections and manage walk-in guest inquiries.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for supporting department operations.
  • Enjoy engaging and interacting with people in a professional manner.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate effectively and write fluently in English.
  • Hospitality-related work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
