About EU Business School

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central connection between the campus and the business sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, alumni, and major industry players.
- Organize exclusive employer events including presentations and company visits, facilitating valuable networking opportunities.
- Maintain and regularly update an employer database to effectively connect students with suitable employment opportunities.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of flagship events, including the annual Careers Days.
- Oversee the complete event lifecycle from initial concept and promotion, through to post-event analysis and incorporating feedback for improvements.
- Provide personalized career coaching with one-on-one sessions, advising students on LinkedIn profile enhancement, CV customization, and interview skills.
- Develop and deliver workshops aimed at equipping students with skills relevant for the evolving job market of 2026.
- Collaborate closely with Alumni, Academic departments, and Student Experience teams to integrate career services strategically with academic and campus life quality.
- Assist Sales and Marketing teams by highlighting Munich campus achievements to attract prospective students.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualifications include at least a Bachelor's degree; advanced certifications like Coaching, Human Resources, or Project Management are preferred.
- Proven experience in career services, corporate relations, or event management within an international higher education or similar setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and mentoring students alike.
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in German is mandatory to serve the Munich location effectively.
- A proactive and agile approach to problem-solving, thriving in fast-paced and deadline-oriented environments.
