Role Summary

The Events and Sponsorship Manager will own the strategy, planning, delivery, and performance of premium experiential events and sponsorship activations that strengthen RSG’s brand and residential portfolio.

This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone with deep experience delivering large, detail-heavy luxury events. The ideal background is within hospitality, destination marketing, premium lifestyle, or similarly high-end brand environments. The emphasis is on immersive experiences for UHNWIs, investors, and strategic stakeholders rather than conventional residential marketing.

The preferred candidate should have hands-on delivery experience from an agency environment or from within a large organization, with a track record of producing bespoke, high-touch luxury events and sponsorship programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a luxury events and sponsorship plan that supports brand goals and commercial priorities.
  • Spot, assess, and manage premium sponsorship, partnership, and platform opportunities that strengthen brand perception.
  • Design elevated experiences for UHNWIs, investors, and international audiences.
  • Own the entire event journey from concept development and creative design to production, live execution, and post-event review.
  • Deliver private showcases, VIP gatherings, launches, roadshows, and other immersive luxury experiences.
  • Supervise on-site delivery to ensure every detail meets ultra-luxury standards.
  • Work with event agencies, production partners, and high-end vendors to deliver top-tier experiences.
  • Hold external partners accountable for creativity, quality, and delivery excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Brand, PR, and Leadership to keep all activations aligned with business objectives.
  • Support executive engagements and high-profile events as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and other external stakeholders to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage event and sponsorship budgets with a focus on return on investment and value creation.
  • Monitor and report on performance measures such as engagement, lead generation, brand visibility, and overall event effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

The role requires a seasoned events professional with at least 10 years of experience, especially in luxury, experiential, or premium brand activations.

A strong track record in delivering large-scale luxury events is essential; this is not a planning-only role.

Experience in large organizations or in event/creative agencies is important, along with exposure to hospitality, luxury, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle sectors.

Prior involvement in sponsorships, branded partnerships, or collaboration-led activations is strongly preferred.

Experience with high-end global brands such as luxury hotels, fashion, automotive, or lifestyle companies will be viewed positively.

The ideal applicant will be proactive, practical, and delivery-focused, with the ability to perform in fast-moving, high-pressure settings that involve multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for working with VIP clients and senior leaders.
