- Collaborate with the Workplace Experience Manager to enhance employee engagement and reflect Column's culture through programming.
- Manage end-to-end event production, including vendor sourcing, venue choice, creative direction, communication, budgeting, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with the Go-to-Market team to design event plans that create pipeline opportunities and deepen key business relationships.
- Be present and proactive at high-priority events, maintaining readiness and adaptability.
- Support broader marketing campaigns and brand initiatives as the company expands.
Qualifications

- Proven success delivering complex, high-profile events under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A keen sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and humble, comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on tasks.
- Excellent communicator capable of engaging with executives and VIP stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and adjust plans as needed.
Benefits and Perks
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, fully covered for employees and dependents.
- Family planning and fertility benefits including reimbursements up to $20,000.
- Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) to manage medical and dependent care costs with pre-tax dollars.
- 401(k) plan with self-directed brokerage options.
- Flexible paid time off policy encouraging work-life balance.
- Fully paid parental leave: 16 weeks for birth mothers, 12 weeks for primary caregivers, 8 weeks for secondary caregivers.
- Catered meals for onsite employees in San Francisco.
- Commuter benefits to support transportation needs.
- Frequent team building events, including an annual company offsite.
