Event & Studio Support Specialist

Role Summary

This role provides comprehensive support for live events, executive sessions, and studio production settings. The specialist will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of event support, from initial setup through execution and final teardown. A key aspect of the position involves managing hybrid events that combine in-person and virtual components, as well as overseeing studio production workflows for both live and recorded content. The role also entails offering dedicated support to VIPs and executives during crucial events and collaborating closely with marketing, communications, and business teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in live event production and audio-visual operations.
• Expertise in studio tools and workflows, including audio/video mixing, switching, TriCaster Production, multi-camera setups, and Pro Tools editing.
• Experience with hybrid event platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Vbrick.
• Familiarity with audience response systems like Podcast Bean and Poll Everywhere.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in environments where failure is not an option.

Certifications (Preferred)

• An AVIXA certification, such as CTS, is highly desirable.
• Event production certifications are considered a plus.
