Role overview

This position focuses on delivering banquet and event service that feels polished, personal, and memorable. The role goes beyond simply serving guests; it involves helping create a smooth, well-coordinated event experience from setup through breakdown.

What you will do

You will support event operations by preparing event areas, moving supplies and materials, taking guest orders, and engaging with attendees throughout the occasion. You will help ensure each function runs seamlessly and that every interaction contributes to the overall guest experience.

Work standards and physical requirements

Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe work environment, complying with company policies and procedures, and consistently meeting quality standards. You are expected to present yourself professionally at all times, including uniform, grooming, and communication. The job requires extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, as well as regular hands-on physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Prior related experience of less than one year is expected. No supervisory background is required, and no license or certification is needed.
