Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including managing logistics for in-person events such as venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site oversight.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure events effectively support overarching business goals.
- Guarantee that all event materials and attendee experiences are consistent with our company’s brand and culture.
- Keep thorough records of event documentation, budgets, and outcomes, continually seeking process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Between two to five years' experience in event marketing or B2B event management, preferably with exposure to SaaS companies or startups.
- Strong project management capabilities coupled with exceptional organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams.
- Highly proactive, attentive to details, and solution-oriented in approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for important events.
