Job description
About Us
We’re a group of creative, relationship-driven brand storytellers focused on taking marketing out of the digital-only space and into direct, in-person experiences. Our work centers on memorable brand moments, from lively product launches to community pop-up events that encourage people to participate and respond.
When companies want their message to stand out, they rely on us to create experiences that people notice, remember, and talk about.
About the Role
This position is based in New York, NY. We are seeking an energetic, people-focused Event Marketing Assistant to act as a visible representative for our brand experiences. The role is customer-facing, so confidence, strong communication, and the ability to connect naturally with different audiences are essential.
As part of the event marketing team, you will help transform campaign ideas into real-world interactions. You’ll work at live events, speaking with attendees, answering questions, demonstrating products, and creating enthusiasm around the brand. Your contribution will support brand image, audience engagement, and on-site sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the brand representative at live events, retail activations, and neighborhood pop-up experiences.
- Initiate conversations with attendees in a warm, approachable, and confident manner.
- Explain brand messages, product information, and key points clearly and persuasively.
- Deliver short presentations and product demonstrations in a way that is simple, engaging, and easy to follow.
- Collect attendee reactions and feedback to support future campaign planning.
- Encourage sign-ups, purchases, and active participation during events.
- Help with setting up event spaces, maintaining booth appearance, and packing down after activities end.
- Work with the marketing team to monitor event results, lead volume, and overall campaign impact.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for outgoing people who enjoy speaking with others and bringing energy to a space. Strong verbal communication is important, along with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
A customer-focused attitude, the ability to build trust quickly, and genuine interest in marketing, branding, and live experiences will help you succeed in this role. You should also be comfortable in busy, fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly.
Experience in events, promotions, sales, customer service, or marketing is beneficial, but it is not a requirement.
What We Offer
- A lively, high-energy workplace where you stay involved in the action.
- Hands-on training in brand communication, sales techniques, and event delivery.
- Growth opportunities into team lead, field marketing, or event management roles.
- Competitive compensation along with extra incentives linked to event results.
- The opportunity to represent exciting brands and contribute to memorable campaigns.
