Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Event Managers or Producers to join our team on a contract basis for upcoming events in New York City and Los Angeles. The chosen candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end process of event planning, including organizing, budgeting, vendor coordination, and overseeing the successful execution of events.

Required Qualifications

• Outstanding skills in organization and time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to maintain composure and handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Prior experience in event planning or production roles
• A keen eye for detail combined with creative thinking
• Familiarity with event management software and related tools
