About Female Founder Space
Female Founder Space is a Berlin-based social enterprise dedicated to empowering aspiring and early-stage female entrepreneurs globally. Since 2014, it has provided support through an expert-driven academy and a nurturing online community, aiming to empower 30,000 women by 2030. Recognizing the challenges female entrepreneurs face, including limited funding, psychological barriers, and work-life balance issues, this initiative strives to foster innovation, economic growth, and positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit and manage various online and offline event formats.
- Coordinate communication with event speakers and attendees for online sessions.
- Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies tailored to event promotion.
- Plan and oversee social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads, creating engaging texts and visuals.
- Generate compelling content and actively engage with the community to foster interaction.
- Participate in research projects and contribute to newsletter planning and creation.
- Publish articles for the organization's online magazine and handle administrative emails and related tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong enthusiasm and motivation with an open and positive mindset.
- A genuine interest in global issues, particularly women's empowerment.
- Ability to work independently with focused attention while being a collaborative team player.
- Comfort working remotely at a computer, possessing competent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English, and experience in international communications are essential.

Additional Information
The internship begins in August 2026 and lasts for three months, with longer durations for mandatory internships. Applications through Erasmus are welcome. This is an unpaid role with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, though more hours are possible. Remote work allows flexibility in location as long as you have internet and a laptop. Candidates must currently be enrolled students. Applications must include both a CV and a 5-7 sentence motivation explaining why the candidate wants to join and how they can contribute; incomplete applications will not be considered.
