Role Overview

As an Event Coordinator, you will be the face of Moomoo, engaging directly with clients to understand their investment objectives. Your role includes demonstrating the platform, driving marketing activations to increase brand visibility, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring events align with business development goals and sales targets. Evaluating the success of marketing initiatives will also be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors proactively and identify their investment needs.
  • Showcase the Moomoo app and platform to potential users.
  • Assist in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns supporting business development and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with marketers, designers, and venue management to ensure events maintain brand integrity, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Measure the impact of marketing strategies and events concerning business growth and sales outcomes.
  • Coordinate team activities in event planning and execution to achieve high-quality and efficient outcomes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Passion for communicating and simplifying financial concepts, with preference for Cantonese or other language skills being an advantage.
  • Energetic and motivated by meeting targets, combining sales acumen with professional event hosting skills.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments such as weekend crowds and outdoor pop-ups, comfortable with last-minute adjustments.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, retail events, or fintech is appreciated but not mandatory as training is provided.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including late-night shopping hours and expo or trade-show weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
