This Estimator position provides an opportunity to engage in meaningful work within a supportive and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of hail damage and outline cost-effective repair strategies.
- Create and share comprehensive repair plans with the technical team.
- Maintain ongoing communication and positive working relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealership partners.
- Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for hail damage repairs using industry-standard software.
- Oversee the repair process, handling claims, and ensuring that the final work adheres to company quality standards.
- Travel to client locations as required to conduct inspections and manage relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a bodyshop environment or hail repair operations.
- Proven skills in preparing damage estimates using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter software.
- Familiarity with the processes and procedures related to insurance claims in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as needed for business purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; competency in French is considered an asset.

Additional Information
