Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of hail damage and outline cost-effective repair strategies.
• Create and share comprehensive repair plans with the technical team.
• Maintain ongoing communication and positive working relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealership partners.
• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for hail damage repairs using industry-standard software.
• Oversee the repair process, handling claims, and ensuring that the final work adheres to company quality standards.
• Travel to client locations as required to conduct inspections and manage relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a bodyshop environment or hail repair operations.
• Proven skills in preparing damage estimates using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter software.
• Familiarity with the processes and procedures related to insurance claims in the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide as needed for business purposes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; competency in French is considered an asset.
