Estimator - Commercial Kitchen, Bakery & Laundry Equipment Sector

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Estimator with expertise in the commercial kitchen, bakery, and laundry equipment fields, especially within the hospitality sector. This role focuses on delivering precise cost evaluations and supporting the sales process for comprehensive turnkey kitchen installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Engage with suppliers to obtain pricing information, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Generate comprehensive quotations and assist the sales team during tender submissions.
• Ensure that all estimates comply with project requirements, adhere to budget constraints, and align with schedule demands.
• Regularly update pricing databases and cost structures to reflect current market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, with a preference for commercial kitchen equipment cost estimation.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detail.
• Competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise efficiently with suppliers and internal teams.
