Estates Contract Officer

Overview

Town & Country Housing is seeking a diligent and community-oriented Estate Services Officer to maintain safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods for residents. This dynamic, practical role involves regularly inspecting communal areas, identifying maintenance and health and safety issues, and ensuring effective resolution in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of communal estate areas to detect maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns.
• Coordinate and facilitate repair work and estate improvements, including minor repairs when necessary.
• Engage closely with residents, contractors, internal teams, and community representatives to address estate-related issues and enhance neighbourhood conditions.
• Attend estate walkabouts and resident meetings to foster positive community relations and responsiveness.
• Monitor for anti-social behaviour, safeguarding risks, and tenancy breaches, reporting concerns through proper channels to support safe and welcoming residential environments.
