Job description
Role Overview
Koforidua Technical University is looking for a capable, highly driven, and experienced professional to take up the position of Estate Officer within the institution.
Key Duties
- Serve as the principal officer in charge of the Estate Department.
- Coordinate closely with the Director of Works and Physical Development and carry out duties alongside the Office of Works and Physical Development in line with the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) and the relevant statutory guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a research-based Master’s degree in Built Environment, Land Economy, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline, together with an appropriate professional qualification.
- At least 6 years of experience serving as an Estate Officer in a university or in an equivalent role within a similar institution or organisation.
- Strong computer literacy is required.
- Applicants must submit supporting papers and publications for assessment by 2 external evaluators.
