About the Role
Koforidua Technical University is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the Estate Officer position. The University seeks a motivated and experienced professional to lead the Estate Department effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the head of the Estate Department overseeing all its functions.
- Report to the Director of Works and Physical Development while collaborating closely with the Office of Works and Physical Development in compliance with the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) and related statutes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess at least a research Master's degree in Built Environment, Land Economy, Estate Management, or a closely related field, along with relevant professional accreditation.
- At least six years of experience serving as an Estate Officer at a university or holding a similar role in a comparable organization.
- Proficient computer skills are mandatory.
- Applicants must provide scholarly papers and publications suitable for evaluation by two external assessors.
