About the Role

Müller's Solutions is hiring a Technical Lead for Skadina-focused work, with responsibility for technical strategy, leadership, and long-term platform direction. The position is centered on guiding development teams, shaping scalable solutions, and making sure technical decisions support wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and define the long-range roadmap for initiatives built on the Skadina platform.
• Lead and support development teams by encouraging strong engineering practices and a culture of innovation.
• Make sure technical choices stay aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
• Promote broader use of Skadina while steering the team toward a scalable system design.
• Manage technical risks and put mitigation plans in place where needed.
• Work closely with stakeholders and architects to shape and review complex solution designs.
• Ensure the platform is used effectively to support scalability, security, and performance targets.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with the Skadina platform.
• Strong leadership background with evidence of successfully guiding technical teams.
• Good communication skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
