Role Overview
Become a key contributor at M.H. Carnegie & Co., shaping the future of sustainable investment in healthcare real estate. This position involves close collaboration with senior investment experts to support ESG reporting, portfolio analytics, and sustainable investment efforts in an expanding healthcare property portfolio. It offers a distinctive opportunity to develop expertise at the intersection of investing strategies, responsible investing, and healthcare real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce quarterly investor reports and oversee annual ESG reporting requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and update portfolio ESG data, including KPI dashboards and benchmarking metrics.
- Create and maintain frameworks for assessing, benchmarking, and monitoring investments, encompassing the firm's impact investment framework.
- Collaborate with asset operators to coordinate ESG reporting, monitor sustainability performance, and support ongoing initiatives.
- Provide ESG analysis inputs for investment documentation, portfolio evaluations, and due diligence.
- Conduct research on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry insights to support thought leadership efforts.
- Prepare clear presentations and reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Offer analytical assistance across broader investment and portfolio-related activities as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Brings about 3 or more years of experience in ESG, portfolio analytics, consulting, or related roles.
- Has background in property, healthcare, infrastructure, or another investment-related sector.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills and research capabilities, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication.
- Possesses intermediate Excel proficiency along with solid PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and confidence when working with data.
- Holds a genuine interest in ESG, healthcare, aged care, and sustainable finance.
- Approaches work proactively, ready to engage in diverse investment and sustainability tasks.
