ERP Specialist

About the Role

Prima Pet Premium Oy is seeking a dedicated ERP Specialist to serve as the primary administrator for the Microsoft D365 Business Central system. In this key position, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous enhancement of the ERP system within an internationally expanding and evolving organization. You will be supported by Prima Pet's internal IT team and the ERP system vendor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and continually develop the Microsoft D365 Business Central ERP system to align with Prima Pet's business needs.
• Participate actively in the transition project from the current NAV system to Business Central, working closely as part of the project team.
• Collaborate with business units and system partners to design change and development proposals for the ERP.
• Oversee implementation of new ERP functionalities and drive subsequent enhancements based on business requirements.
• Coordinate testing and update processes for ERP system updates, working together with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain and develop ERP system integrations alongside internal and external experts.
• Provide ERP user support and manage user permissions and licenses.
• Organize and coordinate user training programs and create guidelines in cooperation with other organizational departments.
• Contribute to potential ERP deployment projects within other group companies in Finland.

Candidate Profile

• Experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central as a main or key user or in similar roles; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in technical, information technology, or commercial fields.
• Understanding of order-to-delivery processes within ERP contexts.
• Strong IT knowledge, including Microsoft technologies such as Azure and M365 in ERP settings; experience with master data management, database queries, and system integrations is a plus.
• Basic comprehension of electronic messaging standards like EDI, Finvoice, and Peppol is beneficial.
• Proactive attitude, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills to support internal ERP users.
• Systematic approach, prioritization abilities, and capability to advance maintenance, development, training, and documentation tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in Finnish; English used for communication with foreign group companies.
