Role overview
Indorama Kokand Textile (IKT) is hiring a full-time ERP specialist for its Tashkent location. This is an on-site position focused on keeping ERP systems aligned with textile manufacturing and broader business operations. The role centers on understanding how work currently happens, turning business needs into practical ERP configurations, and making sure the system supports day-to-day execution smoothly.
What you'll do
- Review existing business processes and identify how they can be translated into ERP workflows.
- Configure and support ERP functionality to match operational requirements.
- Work closely with teams from production, finance, procurement, and logistics to address system challenges and improve processes.
- Help maintain clean, accurate data and protect overall system integrity.
- Train users on ERP processes and system usage.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for workflows, system changes, and process updates.
- Coordinate with external vendors or technical teams for upgrades and related support activities.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to stable, secure, and reliable operations.
What the role requires
- Solid practical experience with ERP systems, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Hands-on exposure to business process analysis and process improvement work.
- Strong analytical ability to assess data, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and dashboard needs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or textile operations, especially production planning, inventory, and supply chain processes, is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, stakeholder coordination, and teamwork skills for an on-site, cross-functional environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Basic familiarity with databases, SQL, and integration concepts is considered a plus.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and work with strong attention to detail in a fast-moving setting.
