Job description
Overview
We are seeking experienced Field Professionals to join our network supporting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA) within the commercial real estate due diligence sector. This subcontractor role involves collaborating with our full-time staff on projects throughout the United States as part of our approved Subconsultant Network.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires conducting onsite property inspections and preparing detailed professional reports aligned with ASTM and industry standards. You will be responsible for thorough evaluations and independent report writing for various projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to travel to job locations to conduct field inspections.
- At least two years of experience performing Phase I ESA and/or PCA evaluations.
- Strong technical writing abilities to produce comprehensive reports independently.
- Capability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Knowledge of ASTM standards for ESA or PCA guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Quire or similar reporting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines (not mandatory).
- Professional certifications such as CEP, RA, PE, or equivalents are advantageous.
- Certifications in Radon or AHERA (Asbestos) are a plus.
- Experience with projects involving Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD requirements.
