Role overview
Bravo Projects Force is looking for a seasoned Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee compliance, safety performance, and environmental standards on demanding construction and industrial assignments across Europe. The position is based in Germany and involves on-site work across Germany and other European locations.
Employment details
This engagement is offered as contract, freelance, or full-time work. The role is site-based and requires regular presence at project locations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections, audits, and hazard/risk evaluations.
- Manage accident and incident investigations, then track corrective measures through to completion.
- Prepare and deliver safety briefings, including toolbox talks and training sessions.
- Monitor adherence to SiGeKo, HSEQ, and wider EHS requirements.
- Keep digital records, reports, and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
- Strengthen and sustain a proactive safety-first mindset among all project teams and stakeholders.
Required background
- Hands-on experience in EHS or health and safety roles.
- Solid understanding of risk assessments, incident analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Possession of SiGeKo, HSEQ, or an equivalent safety qualification/certification.
- Experience working on construction, industrial, or other high-risk projects.
- Strong English communication skills; German language ability is an advantage.
- Availability and willingness to work on-site throughout Germany and Europe.
