Overview

Medpace, a global Clinical Research Organization expanding rapidly, is seeking an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Asia Pacific HR team in Singapore. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process and contributes to recruitment initiatives. The position focuses primarily on sourcing candidates, CV review, and assisting with hiring events and career fairs. Ideal candidates will be motivated, possess excellent communication abilities, and show eagerness to learn recruitment within a complex industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish compelling and precise job postings across various roles and departments to attract high-quality applicants.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Screen and evaluate applicants efficiently to facilitate smooth interview procedures and enhance candidate engagement.
• Organize and oversee recruitment events including career fairs and company-hosted activities.
• Manage requisitions within applicant tracking systems and human resource information systems.
• Foster relationships with academic institutions, recruitment agencies, and alternative talent sources.
• Stay informed on industry recruitment trends, news, and competitor actions.
• Ensure recruitment complies with local laws and equal employment opportunity regulations.
• Contribute proactively to employer branding to attract top candidates.
• Provide market insights about talent availability and hiring conditions to managers.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
