Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $24.05 plus uncapped commissions, with average first-year earnings exceeding $60,000

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage internal databases and external job boards to source potential candidates
• Conduct a minimum of 50 daily calls to both prospective and existing candidates
• Perform phone and in-person candidate screenings for current and future job openings
• Manage the onboarding process for newly hired candidates
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract new talent
• Achieve a goal of placing at least one candidate in a long-term role each week
• Identify potential sales leads to support Sales and Account Management teams

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree or recent military experience
• Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
• Demonstrated interest in sales and account management careers
