Overview

English 1 is looking for motivated individuals eager to teach English in China, even if you have no prior teaching experience. This position offers comprehensive training, supplied lesson materials, and visa sponsorship, making it ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or certified ESL/TEFL teachers aiming to work abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct young students aged 3 to 16 in English through engaging, interactive lessons.
- Utilize English 1's award-winning curriculum and digital teaching resources to deliver dynamic classes.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and gain confidence in their English skills.
- Participate in school events, cultural exchange activities, and programs to support student development and engagement.

- Competitive base salary with eligibility for a performance bonus after six months.

Qualification Requirements

- ESL certifications like TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are advantageous but not mandatory; sponsorship available.
- Clean criminal background check.

Additional Information
The initial two weeks of hotel accommodation will be considered part of sponsorship when the teacher completes the first year of contract successfully.
