Role overview
English 1 is recruiting enthusiastic, globally oriented people for full-time ESL teaching roles in China. This position is designed for beginners as well as career changers, recent graduates, and teachers with ESL/TEFL credentials who want to build international experience while contributing to students' learning.
No prior teaching background is required. The company provides complete training, prepared lesson content, and visa sponsorship, making this a strong entry point for anyone looking to start an overseas teaching career.
What the role involves
- Teach English to children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in engaging, interactive classroom sessions.
- Use the organisation's curriculum and digital learning tools to deliver lively lessons.
- Give helpful feedback that supports students' confidence and progress in English.
- Participate in school-based events, cultural activities, and student engagement initiatives.
