About the Role

This position is suited to an early-career professional who is highly organized, motivated, and interested in supporting a remote operations function. The role focuses on keeping everyday business activity on track through administrative assistance, coordination, and cross-team support.

You will work with multiple departments in a fast-moving remote setup, helping the business stay efficient, structured, and connected. It is a practical opportunity to build hands-on experience in operations while contributing to projects that improve productivity.

Administrative and Operations Support

  • Deliver routine administrative assistance to teams across the business.
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and support meeting preparation.
  • Monitor action points and follow up on tasks so deadlines are met.
  • Help keep workflows structured and contribute to better operational efficiency.

Office and Process Coordination

  • Update internal documents, shared files, and operational trackers.
  • Support onboarding tasks, including paperwork and team coordination.
  • Carry out data entry, maintain records, and prepare basic reports.
  • Look for ways to simplify administrative work and improve processes.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Act as a reliable contact for internal operational requests.
  • Communicate professionally with teams across functions in a fully remote setting.
  • Work with different departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.

Systems and Data Management

  • Keep internal systems and databases updated with correct information.
  • Organize digital files and follow sound document management practices.
  • Use established procedures to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance in data handling.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, office support, or a related area; internships are acceptable.
  • Strong organizational ability and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools or other business systems is an advantage, but not mandatory.
