About the Role

This position is for an early-career administrative professional who will support a remote operations function by handling coordination, administrative tasks, and day-to-day process support across teams. The role is designed for someone who is highly organized, enjoys solving practical problems, and can work well in a fast-moving virtual setting.

It offers practical exposure to business operations while contributing to work that helps teams stay aligned, efficient, and productive.

Core Responsibilities

Administrative and Operations Support

  • Deliver routine administrative assistance to internal teams throughout the organization.
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and help prepare materials for discussions.
  • Monitor action items and assist with follow-ups so assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Keep workflows orderly and support ongoing improvements in operational efficiency.

Coordination and Process Management

  • Maintain internal records, shared resources, and operational tracking tools.
  • Support onboarding-related coordination, including documents and team communication.
  • Handle data entry, update records, and assist with basic reporting needs.
  • Look for ways to simplify administrative routines and improve process flow.

Communication and Team Collaboration

  • Act as a reliable contact for internal requests related to operations.
  • Communicate professionally with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Work with colleagues across departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Systems and Data Administration

  • Keep information current and accurate in internal systems and databases.
  • Organize digital documents and help maintain effective file management practices.
  • Follow established procedures to support data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, office support, operations, or a similar area; internships are acceptable.
  • Strong organizational ability with a keen eye for detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or comparable productivity tools.
  • Exposure to CRM systems or other business platforms is beneficial, though not mandatory.
