About the Role

This position is for an early-career administrative professional who will help a remote operations team stay organized and productive. The role centers on day-to-day coordination, admin support, and smooth communication across different internal teams.

It is well-suited to someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-moving remote setup. You will build practical exposure to business operations while supporting work that keeps teams aligned and efficient.

Operations and Administrative Support

  • Deliver everyday administrative assistance to internal teams across the organization.
  • Arrange calendars, book meetings, and help prepare materials for discussions.
  • Monitor action points and assist with follow-ups so tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Keep workflows organized and contribute to better operational efficiency.

Office and Process Coordination

  • Update internal documents, shared files, and operational tracking tools.
  • Support onboarding tasks, including paperwork and coordination with team members.
  • Handle data entry, maintain records, and complete basic reporting activities.
  • Look for ways to simplify administrative processes and improve workflow design.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Act as a reliable contact for internal operations-related requests.
  • Communicate in a professional manner with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.
  • Work with different departments to ensure administrative and project tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Systems and Data Management

  • Keep records accurate across internal systems and databases.
  • Manage digital files in an orderly way and follow good document control practices.
  • Work within established procedures to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance in data handling.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, operations, office support, or a related area; internships are accepted.
  • Strong sense of organization and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to handle several priorities independently while working remotely.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
  • Exposure to CRM tools or other business systems is helpful but not mandatory.
