This unique position allows you to collaborate directly with one of Keaz’s founders, gaining immersive experience in launching and scaling a startup. The role offers a comprehensive exposure through rotations across key departments such as finance, human resources, sales, and operations. Whether you join full-time or as a working student or intern, you'll engage in impactful projects that cultivate hands-on entrepreneurial skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and lead strategic initiatives cutting across various departments, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
• Analyze and refine workflows to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Acquire entrepreneurial insights through mentorship from leadership, exclusive founder talks, and practical guidance on fundraising and business strategy.
• Support growth efforts including customer acquisition, product introductions, and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
• Near completion of academic studies (for interns/working students) or readiness for full-time commitment.
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, or project management is advantageous but not mandatory.
