Job description

About Atira

Atira is innovating the commercial processes for industrial sectors by enhancing the efficiency of sales engineers with intelligent agents. Our technology manages complex tasks, ranging from processing incoming RFQs to coordinating across stakeholders and systems, ultimately generating critical outputs such as documentation, production inputs, or configuration recommendations, integrating CRM and ERP functionalities.

Joining our rapidly expanding Munich-based team means becoming part of a dynamic environment that fosters growth and impact.

Role Overview

This role offers significant flexibility and is tailored around your strengths in areas like Sales, Growth, Strategy, or Operations. Unlike traditional internships with predefined roles, you will have the autonomy to explore various functions and focus where your contributions create the most impact. From day one, you will take full ownership of meaningful challenges that directly influence key business metrics, rather than performing assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies, conduct experiments, manage trade events, participate in customer calls, and transform insights into marketing campaigns.
  • Scale organizational capabilities by building processes and addressing foundational strategic questions yet unresolved by leadership.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates, organizing recruiting events, enhancing employer branding, and strengthening connections within the ecosystem.

We emphasize adaptability as priorities may shift, and your role may evolve accordingly. Taking initiative on ambiguous problems and ownership for results, including lessons from unsuccessful attempts, is central.

Candidate Profile

  • A proactive problem solver who initiates concrete steps even when directions are unclear.
  • Experience leading a project, initiative, or startup where you had substantial ownership of outcomes.
  • Demonstrates intellectual honesty by acknowledging knowledge gaps promptly.
  • Fluent in German and English at a professional working level.
  • Available to commit full-time for a minimum of three months onsite in Munich.

Compensation and Culture

  • Competitive remuneration aligned with the responsibilities.
  • Direct access to founders and experienced team members with proven track records in AI for industrial businesses.
  • Environment focusing on high performance combined with mutual respect and support.

Success Metrics

  • End-to-end ownership of a key problem that yielded measurable improvements.
  • Trusted by peers and leadership, leading to minimal oversight.
  • Clear understanding of personal strengths with the potential for full-time employment offers.

Application Process

Submit your CV along with a brief narrative of a personal project you led and its results. The process involves an introductory call, a practical case study, and a founder interview, typically completing within two weeks.
