Role overview

This role is for an Entrepreneur in Residence who will function as a builder of a new business, not as part of an existing department. The objective is to spot a major opportunity, create a new product or business line inside Base360.ai, form the right team, test the market, and scale it into a meaningful revenue-generating business with broad impact. The position offers the feel of founding a startup, while benefiting from funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, existing customers, distribution, and leadership backing. If the venture succeeds, the person in this role is expected to grow into its long-term leader.

Responsibilities

  • Spot promising opportunities that can grow into new products or business verticals.
  • Test customer pain points through research and direct customer conversations.
  • Set the product direction, business strategy, and go-to-market approach.
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to move from idea to launch quickly.
  • Build and manage a cross-functional team as the venture expands.
  • Take ownership of growth, adoption, customer outcomes, and financial results.
  • Use customer feedback and metrics to make fast, informed decisions and improve the offering.
  • Share updates and progress directly with the founders and executive leadership.
  • Develop a business that could eventually run as a separate division or become an independent company.
