Role Overview

We seek an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead innovative initiatives in launching and scaling new financial products rapidly, contributing to expanding our worldwide financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop new products from the ground up or revitalize underperforming ventures.
• Manage full product profit and loss responsibilities, including strategy, revenue models, growth, and optimization.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to design, development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
• Lead and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting top talent, setting clear goals, and conducting regular one-on-one meetings.
• Collaborate closely with various departments such as Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Fraud Prevention to ensure seamless delivery of new initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM or other quantitative disciplines from a leading university.
• Minimum of 4 years in fast-paced environments like high-growth startups, top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar sectors.
• At least 2 years' experience as a startup founder or co-founder.
• Hands-on experience launching tech or digital products across product management, engineering, strategy, or operations.
• Proven record in hiring and managing teams exceeding 10 members.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience securing funding from recognized private equity or venture capital, or participation in Y Combinator.
• Master's degree from a prestigious university.
• Practical coding skills in SQL, Python, or R.
• Interest or experience in financial services.
