About the Role

This role is for an Entrepreneur in Residence who can help identify, launch, and scale new products at very high speed. The work involves some of the company’s most demanding and ambitious new initiatives, with ownership across the full journey from strategy and product creation to go-to-market planning and execution.

The company is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong product-building experience, and the drive to create new features or products from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build a new product or business opportunity from zero, or take charge of improving an underperforming existing initiative.
• Own the full product financial performance, including strategy, revenue approach, growth, and optimisation.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from early ideation and design through development, launch, expansion, and ongoing maintenance.
• Set a high bar for the team by hiring well, defining goals and roadmaps, and conducting regular one-to-one check-ins.
• Work closely with teams across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and FinCrime to deliver new initiatives effectively.

What You Need

• A degree in STEM or another highly quantitative discipline from a top university.
• At least 4 years of experience in a fast-moving environment such as a high-growth tech startup, top strategy consultancy, investment bank, or a similar setting.
• At least 2 years of experience as a founder or co-founder at a startup.
• Practical experience creating and launching tech or digital products from the ground up in functions such as product, engineering, or strategy and operations.
• Demonstrated success in hiring and directly managing teams of 10 or more people.
• Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to solving problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience raising capital from a well-known PE or VC firm, or acceptance into Y Combinator.
• A master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Hands-on coding ability in SQL, Python, or R.
• Interest in or experience with financial services.
