Enterprise Training and Development Manager

About the Role

We are collaborating with a mid-sized medical device organization to fill a newly created role within their training and development team. The individual will lead the comprehensive training function, incorporating tools such as DiSC, Gallup assessments, and engagement surveys to strengthen internal capabilities continuously.

This role involves close partnership with the Sales Training Director to implement new training initiatives, ensuring excellence across the company’s training programs, ranging from sales onboarding to leadership development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree is a minimum academic requirement.
• Demonstrated prior experience managing the training and development function, ideally for an organization with several business units.
• Background in healthcare industry sectors, preferably medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional travel commitments.
