Job description

Role Overview

Q-Soft is seeking an Enterprise Service Support Engineer at L2/L3 level to keep enterprise service platforms running smoothly. The role focuses on day-to-day support, deeper technical troubleshooting, incident handling, platform monitoring, and overall service optimization.

Technical Scope

This position involves supporting Microsoft-based enterprise environments across both on-premises and cloud systems, along with related infrastructure, security, virtualization, and end-user service technologies.

Key Requirements

Candidates should bring 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft support or operations, along with solid knowledge of identity services, infrastructure components, and virtual application/desktop delivery concepts. Experience in complex infrastructure and security environments is also important.

Platform Experience

  • Active Directory, file servers, certificate authority, PKI models, Windows Server 2019 and later, and Windows 11 endpoint support
  • Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Azure Information Protection, and Copilot
  • Anti-virus tools, Citrix XenApp, VDI, virtualization, and networking fundamentals

Certifications

Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 & Productivity, MCSA/MCSE, or equivalent Citrix certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional or Citrix Certified Expert.
