Role Overview

Adventus is hiring a high-performing Enterprise Sales Hunter to win new business from large enterprise accounts. The role centers on identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities across a wide range of IT offerings, including cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, managed print, IP telephony, and physical security systems. The right candidate will already have strong enterprise connections, know how to close complex deals, and be motivated by consistently exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise customers through proactive prospecting, existing relationships, and industry networking.
  • Use an established network of enterprise decision-makers to quickly create pipeline and move opportunities forward.
  • Sell in a consultative way by understanding client business needs and recommending tailored solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and communications.
  • Develop long-term account relationships, improve client satisfaction, and expand revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Lead discussions, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Partner with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to shape proposals and support smooth implementation.
  • Take ownership of the full sales process, including lead generation, opportunity management, forecasting, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university in any field.
  • A strong and proven enterprise network, with access to key decision-makers and the ability to turn those relationships into business.
  • At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing targets in enterprise environments.
  • A hunter-style approach, with the ability to generate new business independently rather than depending on inbound leads.
  • Previous experience selling ICT-related solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, managed services, or unified communications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to explain technical solutions in business-friendly language.
  • Confidence and executive presence when dealing with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite leaders.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Preferred: experience managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Preferred: strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability.
  • Preferred: ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
