The team develops private, open-weight large language models that operate on the client’s own hardware and inside their own environments. Its work is geared toward enterprises, public sector bodies, government organizations, and regulated businesses where security, residency, and control of data are essential. Hookseek also helps organizations convert internal documents, workflows, and employee know-how into AI agents and automation so they can operate in an AI-native way while keeping everything under the customer’s control.
Role Summary
This remote, full-time position is focused on enterprise sales for Hookseek’s on-premise AI offerings. The executive will source, assess, and progress enterprise opportunities within target sectors. The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, discovery conversations, product presentations, and consultative discussions with both technical and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage long and complex sales processes, collaborate with internal technical teams on solution planning, negotiate commercial terms, and close new deals. In addition, the person will nurture client relationships, monitor pipeline health and forecasts, and share market insights that support go-to-market decisions.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on building and converting enterprise opportunities for technical AI infrastructure solutions.
- Identify and pursue potential enterprise customers across the intended industries.
- Generate leads through proactive outbound prospecting and structured qualification.
- Run discovery calls to understand business needs, pain points, and use cases.
- Deliver product demos and guide value-driven sales conversations.
- Handle complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work with internal technical teams to shape the right solution for each client.
- Lead contract discussions and negotiate terms through to closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support trust, retention, and repeat business.
- Track pipeline progress and prepare forecasting inputs.
- Relay customer and market feedback to help refine sales strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- Solid experience in sales, particularly enterprise software sales, with a history of closing complex B2B deals.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and building a healthy sales pipeline.
- Capability in consultative selling, including discovery and value-based solution positioning.
- Negotiation and deal-management skills for high-value agreements with several stakeholders involved.
- Exposure to selling technical, AI, ML, or infrastructure solutions to enterprise or public sector clients is a strong advantage.
- Ability to explain technical ideas in straightforward business language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities, including confidence with senior and C-level contacts.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup while managing priorities and sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must hold a transferable visa with QID.
- Valid driving licence is required.
