Role overview
We are hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist for a global multinational organization in Singapore. The role supports enterprise-wide efforts in risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
Core responsibilities
- Assess current operational workflows and refine them to improve efficiency, reduce exposure to risk, and stay aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs and related documentation that can stand up to compliance checks, audits, and inspections.
- Contribute to business continuity planning by evaluating existing continuity measures, spotting weaknesses, and helping build stronger organizational resilience.
- Organize and run risk assessments, control reviews, and simulation drills to validate preparedness and response effectiveness.
- Promote resilience-focused awareness and training so that risk and continuity practices become part of daily operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, or a similar area.
- Prior exposure to risk controls, business continuity planning, or crisis preparedness is an added advantage.
- Experience in logistics, infrastructure, or maritime sectors will be considered a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret data, prepare clear reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfortable collaborating across functions, coordinating cross-team initiatives, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners.
