Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with specialized expertise in DIAM/CIAM to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role demands a professional with over 8 years of experience and certifications such as CISSP or CISM, focusing on securing enterprise identity frameworks and network defenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive enterprise identity systems based on DIAM/CIAM principles, utilizing SSO technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OIDC throughout the organization's infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment of robust network security measures, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), secrets management, and integration with enterprise Security Operations Centers (SOC).
- Implement a consent and privacy management platform compliant with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL 91/2025).
- Collaborate to advance zero-trust security models and support the convergence of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) security structures.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise cybersecurity and IAM roles.
- Proficiency with Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation protocols such as SAML and OIDC, along with CIAM and privileged access management.
- Hands-on experience integrating Security Operations Center (SOC)/Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and sovereignty regulations, specifically PDPL 91/2025 compliance.
Additional Advantages
- Experience in securing critical infrastructure environments, such as airports, would be considered beneficial.
