  • Strengthen and scale digital architecture and infrastructure to support secure and efficient growth.
  • Translate complex technical architecture concepts into clear business value for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Resolve architecture design disagreements and prioritize roadmap phases that best support operational needs and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively across the CDO organization, coaching and developing team members.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture at a global level, preferably in asset-intensive or energy-related environments.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading, managing, and developing specialized domain architects.
  • At least 10 years of practical experience in ERP and data architecture design, including modernization from legacy environments to composable architectures.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience building and managing global data management platforms.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data governance, including policy creation, governance frameworks, master data hierarchies, and oversight bodies.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical design in business terms and influence others toward alignment.
  • Strong capability in resolving architectural differences and sequencing enterprise architecture work into practical phases.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor, coach, and support colleagues.
  • Preferred background includes SAP S/4HANA ERP Core and O&M global deployment experience.
  • Additional advantage if familiar with cybersecurity and industrial architecture standards such as NIST, NERC CIP, or IEC 62443.
