This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an Enterprise Account Manager focused on government clients. The position is being hired for a client and centers on winning public sector business for enterprise software offerings. You will work with federal, state, and local government agencies to increase platform adoption, while navigating public procurement and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement outreach plans to connect with government stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Build and advance new business opportunities across federal, state, and local agencies.
- Partner with internal teams to adapt solutions to government procurement and buying needs.
- Ensure activities align with contracting rules, regulatory requirements, and reporting expectations.
- Monitor and share updates on pipeline health, contract renewals, and revenue performance.
Required background and skills
- Prior experience in government sales, business development, or account management.
- Working knowledge of procurement practices used by U.S. federal, state, or local agencies.
